Orders

Select the Items you want to purchase and head over to the cart and then pay at the Checkout. Your payment is secure as we use Paystack as our payment provider and we do not keep your card details. There are a variety of payment options so you can choose what is convenient for you. Orders are valid once payment is made.

Orders will be received between 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Orders within Lagos will be fulfilled between 2 to 3 business days, while orders across Nigeria will be fulfilled within 7 business days.

An Order must be changed or cancelled within an hour of the order being made. We try to attend to orders as fast as possible so reaching us early enough to change the order is crucial before the order is dispatched. You can reach us here and we will attend to it.

Returns

We hope to satisfy you 100% of the time but mistakes happen sometimes. Items can be returned if the wrong size was delivered or the item is faulty. Products eligible for a return must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and tagged with the original labels.

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be in sellable condition before the return can be processed.

Items that do not pass our return inspection will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. If an item is not accepted, you will be notified via email and responsible for arranging a courier to collect the merchandise from the The Cool Tee Shop at your own cost. Shipping

We ship only within Nigeria for the time being. We will add other countries to the list in due time.

Shipping within Lagos State costs N2000

Shipping to other States costs N3500

Deliveries typically happen between the hours of 11a.m to 7p.m from Monday to Friday. Please be available to receive your items or have someone to receive the items for you as a failed delivery will attract additional charges you will be responsible for.

We can deliver to a different address but this needs to be specified during the checkout process.

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 14 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will depend on the state of the Item returned. Refunds can  be approved if the order was the wrong size, damaged or the wrong item was delivered. An Exchange can also occur under these circumstances. 

A Refund, once approved usually takes between 2 to 14 business days depending on the bank. Cost of Shipping will not be refunded.

Items can be exchanged if you were sent a wrong size or a faulty Item. You may also receive a special coupon or gift certificate of equal value. You can find out more in our Returns and Refunds Policy here.
